Take 3 large Italian sausages, one onion, one red pepper, one can of tomato paste, 1 large can of san marzano. Sautee sausages until brown, remove, add diced onions and pepper and sautee until sweating, season with salt, fennel seed, and oregano. Add tomato paste, cook until it starts to stick. Deglaze. Add canned tomatoes, ad 3/4 can of water, add back sausages, stir, cover, medium high for 20 mins. Remove sausages, blend sauce with immersion blender.
