Pony is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Those are the terms.

The subscription

Pony is free to download, and everything works for 48 hours after your first reminder. After that, Pony needs a subscription: $14.99 a year in the United States, with the first month free for new subscribers. One subscription covers your iPhone, your Macs, and the pony command, and Family Sharing is included.

• Apple charges your Apple Account when the free month ends, unless you cancel before then.
• The subscription renews every year unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current year.
• You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account's subscriptions, or from Pony's Settings under Manage Subscription.
• Refunds go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Without an active subscription Pony stops reminding you. Your reminders stay in Apple Reminders.

Your reminders

Pony works on your real Apple Reminders. It changes or deletes a reminder only when you tell it to, through the app, Siri, Shortcuts, or the pony command. Swiping a reminder to the left on the iPhone deletes it without asking first.
