Korean grill night. Requires a few days of lead time but most of it is prep, not active cooking.

The Menu

• Grilled Beef Galbi — marinate 24–48 hours ahead

• Gyoza

• SSamjang sauce

• Sous vide carrots (can do ahead, reheat in pan)

• Marinate chicken thighs

• Fire up the grill

• Get Buldak sauce going
